My name is Morgan Haymans and I am a ski cross racer from Anchorage, Alaska. I grew up racing alpine for Alyeska Ski Club and I competed in freeride for Western State Colorado University’s Mountain Sports Freeride ski team while in college. I was fortunate to be able to race ski cross as well during college and after having success in my races, I was asked to represent the United States at the 2015 World University Games in Granada, Spain my senior year. After graduating, I decided to focus on ski cross full time. I have spent two seasons training with Squaw Valley Ski Team and racing the North American Cup circuit. This past season went very well and I qualified for the 2017-18 World Cup. My hobbies outside of skiing include: fishing, hunting, mountain biking, hiking, camping, hockey, basketball and tennis.
